◎ Biodata / 簡歷

Tzu-heng Chiu has been working in the medical library for more than 20 years. She is now the President of Interlibrary Cooperation Association and was the President of Taiwan Medical Library Association (2018-2021). She is a Professor in General Education Center and the University Librarian of Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. She is also an adjunct Professor in 3 famous library and information Sciences Institutes in Taiwan. She has double master degrees in Library Science and Information Resources Management from Syracuse University, USA and a PhD. in Library and Information Sciences from National Taiwan University. Her research interests are medical informatics, user information behavior, and information organization.

邱子恒教授在醫學圖書館服務二十餘年，為中華圖書資訊館際合作協會現任理事長，2018年至2021年擔任臺灣醫學圖書館學會理事長。邱教授為臺北醫學大學通識教育中心教授兼圖書館館長，也是國立臺灣大學、國立臺灣師範大學、天主教輔仁大學圖書資訊學系所的兼任教授。她於1995年畢業於美國雪城大學，獲圖書館學與資訊資源管理雙碩士，2002年取得國立臺灣大學圖書資訊學博士學位，研究興趣是醫學資訊學、使用者資訊行為、資訊組織。
