為慶祝國家圖書館90周年館慶，謹訂於2023年4月20日至21日辦理「世紀變遷下的圖書館：跨越90國家圖書館館慶國際研討會」，邀請各國國家圖書館館長與會並擔任講座，藉此增進專業合作與國際交流，進一步提升臺灣的國際能見度。
To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the National Central Library, an international symposium entitled "Libraries in a Changing Century: International Symposium Celebrating Nine Decades of the National Central Library" will be held from April 20-21, 2023. National librarians from various countries and domestic scholars are invited to attend and give lectures, in order to understand the latest trends in library information from various countries, promote professional cooperation and international exchanges, and further enhance Taiwan's international visibility.

（一）疫情衝擊為圖書館帶來改變的動力
近2年受疫情影響，全球正邁向後疫情時代，圖書館順應期間所做的改變與創新，探討內容面向可從館舍空間、館際合作、人員知能、閱讀與學習、數位服務等。
1. The Pandemic as an Impetus for Change in Libraries
Due to the pandemic in the past two years, the world is moving towards the post-pandemic era. The changes and innovations that libraries have made during this period will be discussed. The topics will include library space, interlibrary cooperation, personnel knowledge and ability, reading and learning, and digital services.
（二）智慧科技引領圖書館邁向服務新世界
隨著3D沉浸式互動影音、AI感知融合、5G通訊等出現，圖書館因應智慧科技世代起飛，邁入虛擬服務新紀元，探討內容面向可從館舍空間、館際合作、人員知能、閱讀與學習、數位服務等。
2. Smart Technology Leading Libraries into a New World of Service
With the emergence of 3D immersive interactive videos, AI sensing fusion, 5G communication, etc., libraries are taking off into the era of smart technology and entering a new era of virtual services. The topics will include library space, interlibrary cooperation, personnel knowledge and ability, reading and learning, and digital services.
（三）圖書館實踐永續發展成為轉動地球正能量
呼應聯合國提出「2030永續發展目標」做為未來世界的願景藍圖，圖書館面對此趨勢，規劃提供各項主題資源與創新服務，成為讀者學習與研究的最佳奧援，探討內容面向可從圖書館的社會責任、館舍空間、館際合作、人員知能、閱讀與學習、數位服務等。
3. Libraries Practicing Sustainable Development as a Force for Good in the World
Echoing the United Nations' proposed "2030 Sustainable Development Goals" as a vision blueprint for the future world, libraries are planning to provide various thematic resources and innovative services to become the best support for readers' learning and research. The topics will include social responsibility, library space, interlibrary cooperation, personnel knowledge and ability, reading and learning, and digital services.
（四）跨域交流創造圖書館融合發展的新價值
圖書館經由策略聯盟或夥伴關係，建立跨域合作新價值，並透過跨域整合翻轉圖書館進行創新服務，探討內容面向可從圖書館跨區域、跨業界、跨機構等交流合作或融合發展來呈現圖書館多元面向的影響力。
4. Interregional Exchange Creating New Values for Integrated Library Development
Libraries establish cross-disciplinary partnerships or strategic alliances to create new value, and innovate services through this integration and flipping libraries. The topics will include cross-regional, cross-industry, cross-institutional communication and cooperation, or integration and development to present the impact of libraries' diverse aspects.
